2 chopped free range chicken breast
2 tablespoon of Hummus
1/4 cup of Cranberries
2 sliced Avocados
1 package of Queso Blanco
1 loaf of whole grain bread
1 stalks of chopped celery
Mix chicken breast, hummus, cranberries, and celery together spread on slice of bread and top with avocado. Serve cold.
